I work with all sorts of events: food juries, education and inspiration. Everything from small store events to big fairs. Everything is possible. We have managed to deliver quite a lot with surprisingly little equipment.

Root vegetables are available throughout the year, but during the autumn months they are at their best, freshly harvested and full of flavor and benefits. Take the opportunity to cook these now in season when they are both affordable and easy to get from your local farmers. You find the recipes in the magazine "Allt om Whisky".

Fire, embers & whiskey- the magical recipe for a successful summer evening!

The best thing about grilling is that everything turns out so amazingly good. It's absolutely wonderful - just by letting the ingredients pass through the grill, the magic happens. The crispy surface, the beautiful color, the taste of smoke and fire, the aromas, in short, the whole ritual gives the wonderful feeling of freshly grilled meals. A weekend of meetings with Svenska Kockars Förening is always inspiring. We work to spread Swedish gastronomy - through competitions, with our national teams and with our work in the sosiety. We strive to work sustainably and to include everyone in the community within our industry.

Nice article in the local newspaper "Trelleborgs Allehanda" about new dishes in the school canteens. We made sushi during one afternoon in December. Very nice cooking together with the head chefs in the school kitchen.

 
 
 

Wonderful to have the opportunity to photograph food and cook together with a group of Trelleborg's school chefs. They made amazingly good sushi on the first try. The students have a lot to look forward to!

A wonderful weekend together with Skånemejerier at Ostfestivalen, a fair completely focused on Swedish cheese - Swedish milk, processed and packaged in Sweden. The fair was located in the beautiful Münchenbryggeriet in Stockholm. We presented two completely new products - Rike and Pannoumi.
